How to Save a Custom Screen

Screener enables you to store your configurations as a template.
The saved settings include the active and inactive filters in the top panel, the current column layout, column sorting order in the table, and the name of the screener template.
Available actions for screener templates:
- Create a New Template
To generate a new screener template, select the “Create new screen” option.
Alternatively, you can create a template using the keyboard shortcut: Shift + Option + N on Apple devices or Shift + Alt + N on Windows devices.
Once an action is chosen, a screen appears featuring a top panel with a group of inactive popular filters.
- Rename Template
This function enables you to modify and save the template's name.
- Save Screen
You can choose the “Save” option from the template menu.
Alternatively, click the Save button on the top toolbar next to the template name to save the template.
You can also utilize the keyboard shortcut Shift + Option + S on Apple devices or Shift + Alt + S on Windows devices.
Please be aware that when you save a screenshot, it is stored within a single template that includes:
• The active filter settings
• The current sorting order
• A custom collection of columns combined into a unique column set
To delete a screen, there are two options: via the Delete Screen action or within the My Screens dialog.
For the first method, simply access the template menu and choose the Delete Screen option.
Once an action is chosen, the custom screen you selected will be removed. To delete a custom template, navigate to "All my screens..." in the template menu, then in the dialog that appears, click the cross button next to the template you wish to delete.
Please be aware that deleted templates cannot be recovered.
- Reset to the default view
This option lets you navigate back to the standard template, removing all filters and restoring the default column layout.
